Our Story: Tradition and Flavor
In the Heart of the Willamette Valley, there is a small Oregon town called Mount Angel. It is a quaint Bavarian village with a rich European heritage. The town is home to a unique Sausage Company that reflects the Bavarian personality of its owners, the Hoke family: Ma (Robin) and Pa (Jim), Wurst Meister son James. They operate this traditional “Old World” sausage company.

All their sausages are bursting with protein from beef, pork, chicken, and other nutritious natural ingredients. Most are sugar- and gluten-free and produced in-house by the family.
